To Whom it May Concern:
I am a 57 year old single female living in Stockton California who decided one day in May of 2007 that I was fed up with paying the hgih cost of rent and also the fact that rent is not always fixed but fluctuates as the housing market does. So I decided to go online and start a new journey researching the housing market. Now mind you, this was at a time when the housing market was in a severe state of shock, but I pursued the dream and got connected to RealtyTrac who in turn sent me the name of an agent in my area who works for Chinchiolo Realtors by the name of Sheri Pritchett. I tell you, that was the best phone call I ever made.
Sheri is caring, warm and compassionate. She works very hard for her clients and she goes that extra mile to make sure that you get the best deal and negotiates your contract with you in mind.
Sheri helped to connect me with resources to help assist me with the down payment of my home and also grants that were available. She set up a web site so that I could go online and look at what's available on the market and I could actually view the rooms and get a description of the home's square footage and so on. The houses would always show places within my price range so not to waste my time by looking at homes I could not afford and the most exciting part was it would always say "Prepared Exclusively For Linda McGlothin"!
So the end of the story is that I now have a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home in escrow waiting to close in 3 weeks. I will forever be grateful to Sheri and our story will not end here. I plan to keep in touch for many years to come. So, many thanks to Sheri and the staff at Chinchiolo Realtors.
